A father of four, he remains deluded that Villa are a ”top 6” team.

Jo Wright
Jo had more than 22 years’ experience in the corporate world working with Britvic, Brakes Group and Shop Direct before finding her passion in leadership development, coaching and delivering change projects.
It was leading a major change programme in conjunction with Ernst & Young that Jo recognised how organisations often put too much focus on what to change rather than how teams and individuals will adopt the change.
Jo is accredited with the International Coaching Federation and has a Postgraduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching. Jo’s style is engaging and fun, as she facilitates using real life stories, delegate experiences, and case studies to communicate learnings.
